If you have a car, it's a good location to access Monterey, Big Sur, Elkhorn Slough. More comfy for a family than a hotel room.

The mattress on the trundle bed was almost nonexistent. Communication with the hosts needs some improvement.

Nice place with everything you need.

The street parking was bad. Hardly enough room to drive your car down the street. But the place has a nice long driveway that you get to use

The place was well kept and very clean when I arrived. The place had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

I thought the couch was a bit too far sunk in especially when I sat in it which made it very difficult to get out of it. Also, wasnt a huge fan of the kitchen bench for the dining table. I had to sit on the very end cause I was worried it would split down the middle.

I really enjoyed the location and I enjoyed that. It came with a dishwasher along with a washer and a dryer and a back area for barbecuing and stuff which was a plus and it also had parking in the driveway which was good and if we had kids it would be even better because they have like a little outdoor area and like a room with bunk beds and books and toys and stuff! I also appreciated that it came with utensils and pots and pans and plates and cups. It was also very kind that there was already coffee in there cuz we didn't bring any and we didn't think about cooking oil cuz we assumed it always be there but there was none. So the food we bought we weren't really able to cook with cuz nothing was nonstick but I appreciate the gesture and it was very nice.

I did not like that the two main bedroom outlets. None of them ever worked. It made an issue for my guest that I brought to celebrate my graduation with because they have sleep apnea and I planned for her to have one room and for me to have the other room and the room that she picked which had the two bunk beds in it. None of the outlets worked and so we had to push the couch together to maneuver and be close enough to an outlet where she could sleep comfortable enough because none of the other outlets worked. We double check buttons and all kinds of stuff and it's just it was a waste of time on that part. I also did not like all the spiders that we found the first night we got there when she was going to go in the bed as soon as we pulled the bed blanket. So like you know get ready too big. Disgusting black spiders came out. There were spiders on the backyard in the windows. There's spiders in the bathroom and in the living room near the couches and so it was very uncomfortable, especially because I myself have been in the hospital through spider bites two times in my life and they required extensive surgery and so it was very hard for me to be comfortable.
