Eine sehr tolle Wohnung, modern und sauber.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum! Hatte selten eine so schöne Unterkunft. Ich war einfach nur begeistert nachdem ich die Tür geöffnet hatte. Großes modernes Bad mit toller Dusche, ein großes, unglaublich bequemes Sofa (eher hart - bin nach Ankunft sogar ein Weilchen drauf eingeschlafen, bin selten so gut gelegen!), stilvolle, hochwertige Einrichtung, gemütliche Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit und Geschirrspüler, toller moderner TV, elektrische Rolläden, eine hübsche Terrasse mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen mit Blick ins Grüne... Super finde ich auch die privaten Parkplätze im Hof. Gibt aber auch an der Straße genug Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist supersauber, ruhig und nicht weit vom Wald und den Feldern entfernt. Schlüsselübergabe völlig unkompliziert durch Schlüsselbox, hat alles prima funktioniert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut! Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder, ich hoffe, mal ein paar Tage länger!
Höchstens der Zigarettenrauch von der Nachbarterrasse...

Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung auch … sauber, modern, ruhig und eine schöne Terrasse.. wenn jemand in Klinikum sein muss, es ist super bequem aber auch Villingen zu Fuß erreichbar
Es hat alles super gepasst … nur Kleinigkeiten haben uns für unseren langen Aufenthalt gefehlt (wie 3/4 Kleiderbügel mehr und ein paar Tücher mehr im Bad )

Das Apartment war übersichtlich geschnitten. Bett bequem Terrasse einladend
Keine Ablagen für Kleidung, Tiefkühlfach war vereist, Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt, Geschirr in Schublade teilweise verschmutzt WLAN erst auf Nachfrage in Funktion
