The very quiet apartment is located at about 950m altitude and is south facing. In the north, the "Waldresidenz" borders Tannenwald. At the entrance there is a beautiful playground, which the children reach without crossing a street. - The play barn in the village is unique in Baden-Württemberg.
The quiet, well-kept, practically furnished apartment (about 50 sqm) consists of: 1) Living / bedroom (about 28 sqm) with dining table, wall unit (consisting of cupboard, wardrobe and 2 folding beds), upholstery and flat screen TV.
2) Kitchenette with electric stove, sink, refrigerator, cupboard.
3) bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub with shower curtain.
4) Bunk (separated by curtain from the corridor) with large bed (190 x 140) and wardrobe.
5) hallway with wardrobe.
The apartment is equipped with beautiful dishes. - It is also an electric coffee machine u. a. available.
In the storage room there are garden furniture (deck chair, armchair, table, chairs, parasol) for the spacious loggia on the south side.
In addition, you can use washing and drying machines in the house for a small fee. You can get coins for them as well as for the sauna from the caretaker.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben es genossen, jeden Tag trotz schlechten Wetters schwimmen zu gehen. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir benötigten, war sauber und genau das Richtige für uns.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Nur der Fußweg ins Dorf ist anstrengend. Die Gegend ist herrlich zum Wandern und es gibt jede menge Ausflugziele, die mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sind.

Wir sind sehr freundlich begrüßt worden von der Dame die das Objekt verwaltet.
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und wir haben viele Tipps bekommen, was man alles so an Ausflüge machen könnte.
Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.
PS. Unterkirnach ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und wenn man dann geschafft zurück kommt kann man herlich die Ruhe genießen.
