Welcome was pleasant, professional and thorough. Breakfast was good, as the local supermarket was closed by mid-evening, when we arrived. (However, it is only about 7 mins walk away.)

Host went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic stay. The view of Rome was exceptional from the rooftop. Place was spacious and clean and a fabulous place. We will be going back.

The property is spacious and extremely clean. I can not overstate how wonderful it was to have soft, clean and nice smelling sheets after a long day. Daniela was very kind and courteous. She was very thoughtful, leaving water and food for you. You can tell this is her passion project and rooms have been curated with the traveler in mind. Little things like portable bathroom racks to put your stuff on or universal adapters, games for the kids, books, local tourism pamphlets.
The property is 15 mins from the center of Frascati and 18 mins from the train station. There was parking close by. There is a super market and pizza place within a 10min walk, and a bar 2 mins away. It is definitely a good spot without being in the throng of everything.
I liked everything. I told Daniela she should consider shades as the main area is flooded with beautiful light (oh did I mention the gorgeous view?) which in summer makes the property hot and there is glare if anyone wants to watch tv during sunlight hours. There is not a washing machine on sight, Daniela offered to run my clothes to a local laundry place. Next time I stay I will take advantage of.

L'appartamento è splendido, gode di un ottima illuminazione, è arredato con gusto e dispone di ogni confort necessario.
Il suo punto di forza è sicuramente la sua proprietaria, Daniela. Una perfetta padrona di casa, meticolosa, premurosa e presente al punto giusto. Le auguro il meglio!
Vorrei sempre avere a che fare con "host" del genere durante una vacanza.
