The facilities are excellent, well maintained, clean and the design is very sweet.
Everything. The place is huge. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Very comfortable. We liked the fact that you could do your laundry and dry it (and so we did). Hot water is available at all times. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are on the soft side but we managed.
It's far from Rome and on a Sunday, there is not a lot to do, but we did need the rest, so it was fine.
There's a Supermarket about 300 m away and a few restaurants around, one of which we loved - All you can eat Chinese/Japanese restaurant.
The owners are very hospitable, available to answer and help.
The train station is 150m walk
All in all it was a great stay

Buen servicio ya que habían distintas opciones para un pequeño desayuno.
Un servicio muy completo y tenia 3 habitaciones.
Muy recomendable
Un poquito más de limpieza profunda por si alguien es alérgico al polvo.

Appartamento accogliente e dotato di tutto ! Caldo e
La rampa della scala di accesso è molto ripida. L'appartamento non si presta per un anziano o chi ha disabilità.
Le camere da letto, poi, si affacciano su una strada molto trafficata e il rumore delle auto disturba il sonno.
