L'emplacement et idéal et il y a des commerces à proximité. Il y a des boulangeries, des supérettes et des bars à proximité. Il est situé à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare.
La salle de bains est trop vétuste (surtout la douche), les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnent pas (une d'entre elles fait sauter les plombs et la seconde ne chauffe quasiment pas). Il y a aussi le bruit de la porte du parking en dessous qui peut être gênant, l'appartement est mal insonorisé. L'appartement nécessite d'être rénové.
