Idealne miejsce jako baza wypadkowa do Cinque Terre czy Portovenere. Dostępny parking, a do stacji kolejowej kilka minut marszu.
Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Samo mieszkanie duże, wygodne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Łóżka wygodne. Wszyscy świetnie się w nim czuliśmy.

Appartement confortable propre très bien décoré bien qu'il soit en ville très calme.
La propriétaire est très rapide pour régler tous problèmes (ascenseur en panne, réparé dans l'heure qui a suivi).
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions Sara et sa fille Greta pour leur accueil, n'hésitez pas à les contacter si vous rechercher une location à La Spezia.

Ev sahibesinin güleryüzü ve yardımseverliğine ilave olarak; ev araba ile seyahat eden 4 kişilik bir aile için hem çok iyi konumda hem de çok rahat ve tertemiz. Her şey mükemmeldi.

The apartment was very large and comfortable. The cleanest apartment we’ve had & very stylish. Great little terraces to sit out on. Well equipped. Great view.
Sara was excellent, greeting us & very helpful.
The lift was a bit of a pain…. very small & cumbersome.
Not in as good a location as we thought.
The shower pressure wasn’t great and who likes shower curtains these days 🤦🏻♀️
but these are very minor points, overall a fabulous place!
