Sécurité incendie:-(( - pas de détecteur de fumée dans le logement ni dans la cage d’escalier du bâtiment ancien. - prise murale du radiateur électrique non fixée dans le mur. - rideau en tissu synthétique recouvrant le radiateur électrique (très chaud à notre arrivée). - couette en contact avec le radiateur électrique. Lit en pente Hygiène +/- : pas d’alèze ni de sous taies. Équipement bas de gamme - tiroir de la commande décollés - fixation de la tablette de lit bricolée —> décrochage du mur au premier contact - équipement de cuisine et vaisselle minimum du minimum - un seul rouleau de PQ pour un we - pas de désodorisant dans une salle de douche avec toilettes non ventilée
