l'emplacement est idéal, près du centre ville.
un emplacement de stationnement en sous-sol très appréciable.
Le logement est très spacieux, bien équipé avec beaucoup de rangement.
la route à proximité est assez fréquentée, même la nuit, c'est un accès au port.

Nous avons aimé la facilité d’accès, et le garage. Sa situation par rapport aux commodités et les zones de loisirs.
L’aménagement et la propreté.
