Quiberon: Beautiful single-family house "Maison Du Port De Pêche". In the district of Port de Pêche, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop, grocery, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Carnac 29 km, Vannes 49 km, Lorient 55 m, Belle Iles en mer. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Quiberon, 1 km.
4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, freezer, combination microwave). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). 2 showers, sep. WC. Electric heating. Perfect three bedroom house for a family. Very close to shops and restaurants and yet very quiet and private.
Very clean, this was much appreciated. Compact but efficient kitchen with updated appliances. There is a wine cooler available if needed as well. Very agreeable little garden with outdoors table and chairs.
Lower level has one big living room/dining room with open kitchen. One toilet with tiny sink. One small room with washing machine and all cleaning supplies and extra paper toilet, umbrella, clothes drying rack. The garage is not open to renters.
Upper level has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with roomy showers and 2 separate toilets. I especially liked the little side bedroom with 2 single beds and it’s own separate bathroom.
5 minutes walk to La Grande Plage with it’s shops and restaurants, less than 10 to the Saturday market.
Cars are safely parked with an electric gate.
Comfort could be improved with the addition of a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room, chairs in the bedrooms as well as hooks and shelving in the bathrooms.
Remote control batteries were dead when we arrived, if you change the batteries, you need to reset the cable box or there is no TV sound! Agency was very responsive.
We could not have been happier with our stay overall. We would book this property again if returning to Quiberon.
