Cute cottage in a great neighborhood, off street parking and kitchen. Lovely private back yard w/ a fire pit. I’d definitely stay here again, my only suggestion would be a bigger loveseat in living area and a chair. Very clean and tidy, host responsive and good Wi-Fi, works well for pets too.

Perfect location for my attendance at a workshop in Berkeley. Be aware that parking in the rear can be tight. There are 4 spaces marked but realistically only 2 cars (unless tiny) will fit. Can use some maintenance - wallpaper in bedroom is peeling pretty badly. Basic amenities are provided; overall a decent value.
