Beautiful 3 bedroom Craftsman conveniently located in the heart of Berkeley. Updated kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, hardwood floors and maple cabinets. Washer/dryer room next to dining room. En-suite in the master bedroom. Large backyard and patio for outdoor dining including BBQ grill, hot tub and trampoline. Bright and sunny home with great indoor/outdoor flow.
Amazing walkability, bikeability, scoot/skateability! 20 minute walk to downtown Berkeley. Walk to various different parks and playgrounds and short bike rides or drives to scenic spots. Quick drive or Bart ride into San Francisco for work or pleasure. Equidistant to all three Bart stations (1.1 miles).
Charming family-friendly, walkable, bikable neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Plenty of street parking available.
