About this house rental

Luxurious detached 8-person holiday villa by the water.

This holiday villa is not located at our park, but is nearby (1 km away) This villa is a bit closer to the town center of Roelofarendsveen. When you stay here, you can also enjoy the facilities at our park. Our park is closer to the edge of Roelofarendsveen, with a view over the farmlands. Amsterdam is just a 20-minute drive from our park. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. It's the perfect place to take your family, relatives, and friends on a holiday. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday. This villa is located by open water and therefore allows you to travel here by boat. 

This villa was constructed in 2023 and it has a spacious private yard, jetty, and porch. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace by the water. If you want to go fishing, you can simply cast your rod (do keep your fishing pass in mind, you can collect it for free at the reception of De Tulpenacker). You can get to know the area by bike, but you can, of course, also take a boat out on the water. The quiet polder waters of Roelofarendsveen are also perfectly suited for exploration by canoe or paddle board.

You can go on beautiful trips from our park. In your garden you can enjoy some fishing and being outside. If you don't have a boat yourself, you can rent an electric boat. We are happy to help you with that.
