Villa with private pool in Ansedonia, on the Tuscan coast.
Villa Cosa offers splendid views of Feniglia nature reserve, the Argentario promontory, and Giannutri Island. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
Outdoors there is a lovely veranda with a dining area, and a private pool.
The villa is 2 km from Feniglia beach, and in June, July, August and September guests have the use of a beach umbrella, two sun loungers, two chairs, a changing room and a parking spot free of charge at “La Capannuccia” beach club in Ansedonia.
On the property there is an apartment that the owners occasionally use. However, they do not use the outdoor spaces and pool.
Villa Cosa is within easy reach of nearby Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano; Orbetello; Talamone; the villages of Magliano, Sorano, Pitigliano, and Sovana where you can taste Maremma’s delicacies; the medieval hamlet of Capalbio and nearby Tarot Garden; and the Saturnia hot springs.
At the disposal of Villa Cosa guests: large, enclosed garden with more than 60 olive trees, private pool (9 x 4 meters; minimum depth: 1 meters; maximum depth: 1.60 meters), veranda equipped for outdoor dining, close to the sea, Wifi internet, parking.
