About this villa rental
One of the most beautiful houses of Ansedonia. The red tile, green vegetation, pink geraniums and the blue of the pool.
Located in the heart of Ansedonia (A verdant hill, in the middle between two beaches: the Feniglia and sliced) a few kilometers from the Maremma and silver coast.
Villa Azzurra is distributed on a fully fenced and equipped with an elegant gate that allows absolute privacy.
The garden is cared for throughout the year by a gardener and is full of hydrangeas and red geraniums.
Large areas surrounding the house, and at the entrance there are places for 4 cars.
The pool is very blue, completely surrounded by vegetation allows total privacy. Is regularly cleaned by a maintainer. Around the pool there are 6 chairs, sofas, a table, chairs and an umbrella.
The house has six bedrooms: 3 doubles, 3 twins, plus the possibility of adding a thirteenth bed or cot for children. There are 5 bathrooms.
The large fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses and pots for 12 people can prepare summer meals for so many people and the adjoining office has a table for 12 people.
Next to the kitchen, there is a porch with a wooden table for 10 people to enjoy beautiful outdoor dining.
Above the pool, and in front of the living room, there is a patio for relaxing with a large glass table for 14 people and chairs where you can read.
Ansedonia, in general, is a quiet place where you can recharge your batteries. There is a classic Tuscan restaurant (Vinicio) to 700 meters, a seafood restaurant (The fisherman) 1 km and a bar and food less than 1 km.
A 1.5 km there are two beaches: the Feniglia and sliced. E 'can rent umbrellas and deck chairs or use the free public beach.
A few minutes drive, you can turn and visit the Maremma with all its beauties: horseback riding, visiting properties that produce Tuscan wine or visits to historical Etruscan ruins like those of the city of Cosa.

A beautiful property in an amazing location perfect for a summer family holiday. Foschi was extremely helpful from start to finish and facilitated for us an excellent stay in coastal Maremma. The house is amazing and impeccable and tastefully furnished with touches of mid century modern and contemporary artwork. We truly loved our stay there.

It is hard to know where to begin to describe this amazing villa, and trip to italy. There were 11 of us (6 adults 5 kids) and the villa felt more than spacious enough. This is probably because the amazing outdoor space. We had spent two busy days in rome and coming to this villa in ansedonia was such a nice change of pace. The place is decorated and furnished very well, with modern kitchen that is very well stocked. The pool is very nice and well kept, and the views of the sea are amazing. Foschi was an outstanding host, helping us organize dinners, personal chef, housekeepers and general advice. The villa served as the perfect base to explore the area and tuscany, easy drive to the airport.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin (Foschi) welche immer unverzüglch antwortete bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten. Reibungslose An-/Abnahme des Hauses. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel mit Blick aufs Meer - die Aussicht vom Haus und auch die Umgebung (Strände) sind wahnsinnig toll. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet für 10 Personen, Küche grosszügig mit viel Geschirr/Kochtöpfen. Der Pool ist sehr gross und bietet ebenfalls Blick aufs Meer. Ingsgesamt sehr weiterzuempfehlen! Wir würden gerne widerkommen!
