This beautiful 4-bedroom holiday home in Sainte-Ode (Basseille-Lavacherie) accommodates up to 7 guests, nestled in a wooded park just 100 m from the Ourthe River, where fishing is possible with a permit. Located in the Natural Park of the Two Ourthes, it offers endless walking opportunities in serene green surroundings.
Explore the region with ease, Saint-Hubert is just 10 km away, where you can enjoy glider flights over the lush landscape. La Roche (15 km) offers several attractions, including its famous castle overlooking the valley. A lake is 1 km from the home, general supplies can be found at 2 km, and restaurants are within 4 km.
The house is child-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with a bedroom equipped with an electric bed, walk-in shower with a wheelchair on request, grab rails, and raised toilet. This large property in a quiet rural location was a wonderful change from our normal suburban life.There is a great terrace to let you enjoy outdoor living.It has everything you need.Very charming.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. De 3 honden waren meer dan welkom. Grote omheinde tuin. De woning heeft de typische Ardense stijl maar zou opgefrist mogen worden. Maar dit weerhield ons niet om een super paasweekend te hebben. De prachtige natuur in de omgeving, de rustige ligging en het zicht zijn echt de moeite waard. We gaan er zeker nog eens naartoe ! Voor de derde keer geweest in dit prachtige huis. Tweemaal in juni en nu in maart. Zoals altijd hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, Frédéric. Minder van de tuin gebruik gemaakt vanwege de tijd van het jaar maar heerlijk bij de open haard gezeten. Ook de hondjes hebben zich prima vermaakt in de grote afgesloten tuin en ook zij waren blij hier weer te zijn. Weer mooie wandelingen gemaakt in de omgeving. Mooi karakteristiek huis met bijbehorende inrichting. Wij houden ervan. Goed uitgeruste keuken, koelkast met apart groot diepvriesvak. Ten opzichte van vorig jaar heeft Frédéric weer aanpassingen gemaakt. Het bad is vervangen door een mooie douchecabine en boven is nieuw laminaat gelegd of de vloer mooi opgeschuurd. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.
