Located just 3 km from Paliseul and surrounded by forest, it offers easy access to nature and nearby attractions. The villa features four bedrooms, including two with four single beds, and a recreation room with TV for indoor entertainment. The open kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. A decorative fireplace adds warmth to the living/dining area, while amenities like a tumble dryer, children’s bed, and high chair ensure comfort for all ages. Outdoors, guests can relax on the terrace, enjoy meals in the garden, and fire up the barbecue.

For this property, special regulations apply. Use of alcoholic beverages, loitering and/or other unwelcome behaviour will not be tolerated and can lead to premature termination of the rental contract. In case of a premature termination, the deposit and rental fee will not be reimbursed
The home owner has the right to demand an additional deposit, in case the group composition of the tenants gives rise to this based upon previous experiences

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
