For guests who want a place that offers privacy, quiet, and a convenient location, this apartment located in the Piccadilly neighbourhood of Central London is for you! Just a short 5 min walk from Richmond Street, this apartment is conveniently located close to an abundance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, transit stops, parks and other amenities. The unit features a full kitchen and a separate entrance for you to come and go as you please. We look forward to hosting you!
This apartment is set up to feel like a home away from home. Guests have a private entrance to the apartment on the lower level of the house. Upon entering you'll find a beautiful and spacious kitchen with ample quartz countertop space, new appliances (a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, over-the-range microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle), all the cookware essentials you'll need, and dining space.
The open-concept kitchen is adjacent to the living room area which features a pop-up sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space if necessary. For your entertainment needs, there is a 47" TV with complementary access to various streaming services. There are a variety of books and board games available for your leisure.
The apartment has one bedroom which features a cozy queen bed and a desk/office area for you to complete work comfortably. There are blackout curtains to use for a good night's sleep, or to leave open during the day for lots of natural light.
The bathroom has a tub, shower, and sink with lots of space to keep your toiletries. You will have access to fresh towels for the duration of your stay. Bathroom essentials will be provided.
You will also have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board inside the apartment so you have the convenience of being able to do your own laundry in the comfort of your own space.
You have access to the entire lower level apartment. There is no parking permitted in the driveway as it is shared with the neighbours. You are allowed to park on the street during the day and overnight, but you must register for a FREE overnight parking pass with the City of London (link will be provided to you upon check-in).

Decent location, very cute and clean basement apartment. The separate entrance is nice and was very easy instructions to get in. As noted in the ad, there is no parking so we had to get a parking pass to park on the street, which was super easy to do.

The space was clean with everything we needed for a short overnight stay in London. Location was quiet but conveniently close to many amenities.

This apartment was so lovely! The bed was super comfortable, the apartment was clean, beautiful and inviting. I will definitively stay here again! Plus it's also super close to all the night live, restaurants and activities that Downtown London has to offer. However, the location of the apt itself is quiet. It is the best of both worlds. Note to other renters, we got the code to come in but I didn't see in the instructions where the entrance for the basement apartment was. It is at the back of the house, not the front. If you try to go up the stairs to the porch (which I did, thinking it may be a main entrance and then the doors would be apt style and lead to the basement. One to the second and another to the third) and the camera/burglar alert alarm went off. I didn't call since we got there at 1:00a.m. post a wedding reception. I also tried going up as I didn't see a side entrance. So just keep this in mind as you check in, otherwise 5 stars!
