The property is 3-story end-unit townhouse near downtown London and Victoria Park available for various durations of stay. The home was recently redone and offers high-quality appliances, tile and cushioned carpet floors, marble countertops, clean lines, in luxury accommodations.
Jacuzzi tub & rain shower upstairs, workout/yoga room in the basement, easy parking.

We were looking for a place to stay for a Family Funeral. The location was ideal. Quiet but near a great Coffee Shop and many good restaurants on Richmond St. We asked to check in by 3:00 instead of 4:00 and the host was very accommodating. However when we arrived the cleaners were still there and the bed linens still needed drying . We agreed to dry the bed linens and the host did give us a gift card to the Coffee Shop.
The condo did serve our purposes but it was not our idea of up scale. The refrigerator was still full of food as were many cupboards. The table cloth on the dining room table was flimsy and stained. The 1/2 bath toilet would not flush because the chain kept falling off.. Also it kept leaking into the bowel causing water loss. There was only a couch in the living room that 3 could fit on. No chairs. Our second daughter came at the last minute so all four of us could not sit in the living room together without bringing in a chair. The lower bedroom had no closet ( HVAC and electrical panel in there) and there were no side tables on either side of the bed in the Master Bedroom. Also there were two large mirrors laying against the wall. Under one was torn Sheetrock and the other covered a large hole that many wire were coming from. I think the owner is still fixing things up and as I said was very accommodating in exchanged emails. This condo may become upscale but it is far from it at the moment.
