Amazingly fast WiFi serves this little gem. A new build finished at the end of 2023. It sits right behind the slightly bigger main house. The 2 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms, make it a good fit for 2 couples, or a small family. A bedroom and bath on each side of the great room. Each with it's own independent heating & air unit. It's sunny, quite and safe, tucked away yet right in town. Minutes from I-5, groceries, restaurants, coffee houses and historic downtown.
It's an open floor plan with a clean modern design. A great place to stay while visiting family or doing a local adventure.
The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glass wear, wine glasses, small appliances, serving wear and some spices. There is a gas range, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and a walk in pantry, as well as plenty of counterspace.
The primary bedroom has some accessibility features such as a curbless shower, 42" doorway to the bathroom 42 inch hallway and 36" door.

Adorable, well laid out home. Nice big kitchen and shared living space. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for us and our two teenagers. Super close to everything in Grants Pass. We stayed here for a family wedding and my sister-in-law rented the front house property. It was convenient to have us all close and easy to roam and visit with each other.

The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The house was clean however major fly and ant problem. Only the master bed was comfortable enough to sleep on. Comfortable seating is lacking in the rest of home.
