Bright 100m2 apartment in the quiet residential neighborhood of Balduina, just 20 minutes (by bus) from the historic center and the Vatican. Balduina is a very quiet residential neighborhood, between the Vatican and Monte Mario, well connected to the historic center and the Vatican City. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Very convenient for Agostino Gemelli University Hospital. Also suitable for families with children.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Smoking inside is not permitted.

Check in every day from 4.00pm The structure is equipped with self check in through Vikey Check out by 11,00am Pets allowed ONLY on request It is possible to smoke on the balcony. Luggage storage allowed (if available). Sheets, towels and hairdryer are provided. Private shuttle available from the airport for a fee.
