Situated in an historical building, the Apartment of 90 square meters, newly renovated, presents antique marble floors and wood, located at only 15 minutes from the Vatican city and Trastevere area, the heart of the city center.
The Apartment is sorrounded by a private courtyard garden with an ancient Roman fountain, a rare view that brings the hosts far away from the caotic noise, typical of the center of Rome, although located at 1.7 km from the Vatican Museum.
The Apartment is at only 2 minutes walking from the bus stop (10 minutes to San Peters Basilica and 15 minutes to Trastevere, city center) and 5 minutes walking from the metro station 'Baldo degli Ubaldi' (15 minutes to Spanish Steps and 20 minutes to Termini train station).
Independent entrance from the private garden, lounge, spacious dining room can comfortably accomodate 6 seats, 2 double and interconnecting king-size bedrooms overlooking the garden, 2 bathrooms, kitchen totally equipped with balcony overlooking the internal garden, air conditioning, central heating hot/cold, fans, linen and sheets, set shampoo, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, TV, WIFI, oven and microwave, kettle, grill, fridge, washing machine , iron and ironing board.

Wonderful courtyard leading to a quaint apartment with shops a short 8 minute walk away (as well as the train a similar distance). Quiet, easy for Uber pickup. Highly suggest. Owner was reaponsive and available when we needed anything.

We stayed here for a week with our 14 year old daughter during the fall break. The check-in went smoothly. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished and with the two bathrooms/toilets the apartment is very comfortable. In the kitchen you will find everything you need and you can easily cook there.
The living room is big enough to eat in. There is a small television. The location of the apartment is perfect. The metro is only about 5 minutes away and you can get to the center quickly. The perfect location to explore Rome. There are several supermarkets near the apartment. We liked it very much and would love to come back.

It was nice and clean but the bathroom had a pee smell all the time. I don't know if is the way that the toilets are or just not clean enough. The fountain was dirty and created mosquitos.
