About this apartment rental
The freshly renovated apartment in January 2022 is bright and modern. It is located only 200 meters away from the Langballigau marina and the bathing beach with volleyball field and playground. The entire ground floor including the sunny, quiet garden and the terrace is rented out. From the apartment, from the garden and the terrace you have a great view of the Flensburger outdoor förde to the opposite bank of Denmark as well as the bathing beach and part of the marina. The apartment is in the sun all day and therefore has nice bright rooms. In 2014 the apartment was completely renovated. The kitchen and bathroom were renewed in the same way. A spacious driveway offers plenty of parking lot directly at the house. One of the two bedrooms has a second access to the terrace and the garden and, like the living room, a great view of the Flensburger outdoor förde. The sunny and quiet garden offers the opportunity to grill and sunbathing. The
