About this house rental
A holiday cottage right by the Little Belt. Enjoy the panoramic view from the outdoor whirlpool or terrace. On cooler days you can stay indoors and use the steam whirlpool and infra-red sauna. The sunrise can be seen from all rooms in the house except from one room. Five bedrooms has a panoramic view of the sea. One bedroom has a large balcony from where you can soak up the view even more. Another bedroom has a French balcony with a double door. The closest neighbours are units 13414 and 78277. The surroundings can be enjoyed at all seasons. Have a relaxing holiday stay with plenty of fresh air. There is a private pathway leading down to the beach. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). You can book a boat for fishing, ask the local office. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Die Umgebung entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, zum Einkaufen musste man jedoch ca 15 KM fahren. / Zum Spazieren traumhaft die Aussicht , gerade zum Wasser = toll. Wir waren mit unserer Family angereist und nutzten jedes Zimmer. Durch die direkt anliegende Wiese mit Kühen war die Belästigung mit Fliegen doch überraschender Weise zu dieser Jahreszeit hoch und man hatte überall auf den Möbeln so schwarze Punkte (Fliegenschiss). Da wir auch Kleinkinder dabei hatten, mussten auch die Böden jeden Tag gereinigt werden. Wenn hier Fliegengitter an den Fenster und Türen angebracht worden wären, hätte es diese Belästigung vielleicht nicht gegeben. Das Haus war bei Ankunft auf eine Raumtemperatur von fast 30 Grad eingestellt und viel zu warm. Auch lief der Jakusi im Aussenbereich auf volle Leistung, bei den doch anständigen Strompreisen sollte man hier aufpassen. Leider sind die entsprechenden Regler und Sicherungen sehr unübersichtlich im Haus angebracht, so dass wir erst nach drei Tagen als der Hausverwalter vorbeischaute hier gegensteuern konnten. Bei Abreise war es uns nicht möglich, die Strom und Wasserstände auszulesen, da wir die Zähler nicht gefunden haben. Es gab im Nachbargebäude einen Technikraum, welcher jedoch nur mit einem hohen Unfallrisiko betreten werden konnte, die Zähler bei dem Chaos zu finden war hoffnungslos! So mussten wir uns darauf verlassen, dass richtig abgerechnet wurde. Ob dies der Fall wage ich mal zu bezweifeln, weil die komplette Kaution dafür draufging.
