For a 4-bedroom house, having 3 showers and 4 WCs is a big advantage and very convenient. The garden is a good size, and overall the house feels modern, bright, and generously proportioned.
Only one kitchen towel was provided and there was no cloth to wipe the table. I would also say there were too few plates (only 6) and not enough utensils.

Fairly good space for us, although a bit of a squeeze downstairs for 8
Mattresses on all beds very worn and uncomfortable!
