I liked the good location, easy to move around particularly to the city center by public transport. Many food shops were around.
The flat was referred as a 2 bedroom but there was no sitting room making it to be tight once you wake up. Also it could be more clean and the bathroom was not so pleasant to use.

The location was convenient with bus stops all around. Bed was comfortable and I really liked the little balcony. Heaters worked, perfect for cold weather. The kitchen was small but had nearly everything necessary for cooking. Grocery store was a few feet away from the apartment
The place was not clean - black mold can be found in the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen didn't have any pans for cooking, only pots. Upstairs neighbors can be easily heard and the doors were difficult to open/close, often leading to a loud bang.
