Great location, bus station infront, very comfy bed, really lovely hosts which are easily contacted if you need something. Kitchen is ready for cooking meals, apartment has everything you need for your chill stay and you dont have to worry about parking they have private space for you.

I loved Maria, she was very welcoming and such a sweatheart, that's why I hate I can't give the best rating. But this lady...she is something <3 We really enjoyed the chat with her and the last day of our stay she went to a hospital so hope she is ok!
We loved the location of the apartment - it was close to the restaurants (e.g. Trinity oriental fusion lounge or Fish Bar el Pulpo which were really great) and to the hypermarket Tommy and close to the beach.
We also liked it had "clever " TV and Netflix, plus in the kitchen, although it was quite small, you could at least cook sth.
The bathroom was nice and clean :)

First of all, the main issue was that the room was outside of the main building and about two metres (not accurate of course) next to the very busy road. We didn't know that and to be honest if we knew I would never book it because I have severe sleeping issues and the road is pretty loud so we really had problems to sleep there... (but of course for anyone who just don't have problems whit this it might be just fine).
The room was quite wet so constant ventilation was needed otherwise it got quite uncomfortable air in the room.
We were surprised the mattrasses were upside down (and this way it was quite uncomfortable) so we had to adjust it.

The apartment was clean, practical, and great value for money in Dubrovnik. The location also worked so well for us as it is quite close to the bus station and we travelled by bus and made a quick stop in the city.
We only stayed for one night, but we’d happily stay here again the next time we’re in Dubrovnik! The host was wonderful and very considerate, even allowing us a late check-out at no extra cost. 10/10, highly recommend!
