We had a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing team at the hotel.
A special thank you to Ayu Karnina and the housekeeping team — Made Yogi, Aris, and Putra — who truly made us feel comfortable every single day. They are such a professional, warm, and well-coordinated team. Everything was always spotless, organized, and prepared with care. You can really feel that they work in great harmony together.
The managers were also incredibly supportive and helpful in every matter, always present and solution-oriented.
And a big appreciation to Hendra and Anggun from the reservation team — their fast and clear responses during the booking process made everything smooth and stress-free from the very beginning.
Overall, a fantastic team effort. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended! 🌿✨
