The access is super easy, it is only takes20 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport, 5 minutes WALKING to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars area, 10 minutes to Famous Double Six Beach and 15 minutes to Seminyak beach. It’s located between the heart of LEGIAN AND SEMINYAK where most famous places for tourists.
The Villa is a completely private villa. The spacious Villas are designed in an elegant and modern way using Asian elements to create an exotic style of living.
The Villa spreads around a large pool, separated in a main building with kitchen, diner area, living room, guest’s bathroom and laundry room downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs with dressing and en-suite bathroom.
The second building offers 2 separated bathrooms with private bathroom each. In the middle, the external living area face the pool.

You will often find house animals that may be in this place that you see every day such as lizards small mice and geckos or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes, and it's normal here and can be found everywhere on this Island. if you find those animals just inform our staff and our staff will chase away animals that are considered a nuisance.
**In case of any accidental damage in the villa, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the cost that guests will pay.
**We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the villa, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning service.
* Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would need your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, or their guests. Any breakages will be charged on a replacement value.
*Help us remain green by conserving/saving energy. Please turn off the air conditioner, lights, and all other electrical appliances when you leave the villa.
