First day we arrived we went to the property nobody was there, then somebody came out the property and we asked him and told us to go to another property like 3 min walking to check in, then we checked in and told us that breakfast ( was already paid)is served at 830 or 1030, i told him that we couldn’t make it because we had to go out early in the morning and he said he couldn’t do anything to help us, the room was without air conditioning and the windows was closed so it was very hot at night so we asked for a fan and he didn’t provide either so we couldn’t sleep that much, we was very uncomfortable at night so we had our day tired, we contacted the property but they did nothing to help, we had no other choice but to leave the property. I have all the messages recorded if anyone wants to see them.
