I have stayed in Derry many times in various accommodations, but this was my first visit to Shipquay. I will certainly return here, the intentions of staff to please & welcome in a relaxing yet professional manner was evident from our entrance at reception to our leaving two days later. Nothing was too much bother for any of the staff. Breakfast was multi choice of fresh cold & hot foods .(the smoked salmon & wheaten bread was delicious) I have already recommended this hotel to my daughter & granddaughter who have now booked for April.

Lovely friendly reception staff and we were given a glass of bubbles on arrival. Room on the smaller side but everything there and very clean and modern. Bathroom was very well finished and great shower. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast cooked to order and was delicious, staff very helpful and we got a complimentary glass of mimosa. Will return.

Hotel is stunning, staff couldn’t do enough.
Glass of bubbly as you book in is a nice touch.
Thanks to all the staff who left a card and treats in the room for girlfriends birthday.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the old town. The location is perfect, you can walk anywhere!
