The accommodations suited my needs which were for a hot shower, a bed for sleeping, and HV/AC. The majority of my Austin are visit was spent elsewhere.
Room was clean and VERY quiet.
Lack of closet for hanging clothes (there were wall hooks instead - very odd) and no luggage rack for additional guest's bags was slightly inconvenient and a surprise!
But overall, price was right for a clean, quiet sleeping space.
Check-in employee could use some training and coaching in creating a good first impression for herself and the property. Interaction was perfunctory and cold, even when told her this was my first experience at this type of property and tried to engage her in more informative interaction. That was her one opportunity to sell me on my first experience with this property specifically and this style of IHG brand abbreviated accommodations.
