Gorgeous luxury 4 bedroom Brick and Flint house in the picturesque village of Funtington. Ideal location for access to Chichester, Goodwood, Bosham Harbour and West Wittering beach. It is also at the foot of of the South Downs, close to Kingly Vale.
The house has a very spacious feel to it with a large back garden and gated courtyard big enough for 3 cars.
There are 3 floors and it will comfortably sleep 7 with 2 double bedrooms, a twin and a single. It also has a small single sofa bed on the top floor should you require it.
The top floor is a spacious open plan mezzanine with a large desk perfect for remote working, and comfortable seating area.
It has an extremely spacious and luxury feel to it downstairs with a large living room and an open plan kitchen diner. It also has a spacious garage big enough to fit 1 car.
There are 3 bathrooms - 2 en-suites and 1 spacious shared family bathroom. The master en-suite boasts a luxury shower and large vanity. The twin en-suite has a bath and shower attachment and the family bathroom has a bath with an electric shower attached.
The house has plenty of storage and the kitchen is fully equipped with all cook and dinnerware you would require.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.

- No parties or large gathering permitted
