Newly built apartment with 2 bedrooms with side sea view with balcony and equipped with all kitchen comforts. Located on the sixth floor with elevator. Wi-Fi, The apartment consists of a hall, living room/dining room, kitchenette equipped with every comfort, bedroom with double bed and shower, bedroom with bunk beds and shower, separate toilet. Attention: A new building is being built on the same street as this apartment. Noise nuisance is therefore possible.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

This place is a whole vibe! The beach is literally steps away, and the balcony view is straight fire, Perfect spot for chill hangouts and sunset pics, Only downside? The construction noise but honestly, it didn’t ruin the vibe too much, Just bring some earplugs! Overall, a solid stay with all the kitchen essentials, No cap, would def come back
