Impossible de déclencher l'ouverture porte sas via le parlophone: problème non résolu.Un seul jeu de clés contrairement à ce qui se pratique la plupart du temps.
Impossible de rentrer notre berline dans le garage, ni en largeur, ni en longueur . Ascenseur vétuste et capricieux, voire même dangereux: arrêt à 15 cm du sol. SdB peu pratique : aucune possibilité de suspendre ses vêtements, ni déposer une trousse. Bref, malgré la situation exceptionnelle, et l'excellent état de l'Appt, nous n'y reviendrons pas
