The Coastal Cottage is one of nine tiny-cottages that make up The Boutique Retreat - a new tiny house hotel in historic downtown McMinnville. The Coastal Cottage is a cozy 240 square foot tiny house with a soft, clean and calm color palette. The interior of the cottage has a pitched ceiling that is 14 feet high at its peak, which is accented by two substantial Douglas Fir wood beams that provide a dramatic backdrop for the crisp white walls and neutral luxury plank vinyl flooring. The furnishings and décor are harmonious with the colors of the sea and sand with soft colors, light birch and mango wood, and art featuring the beautiful hues of the coastline. The Coastal Cottage features an upgraded bathroom with a gorgeous, textured white tile shower and a bathroom vanity with a marble countertop. The Coastal Cottage is located within the interior of the retreat in close proximity to the primary entrance on Alpine Avenue and the communal firepit.
