The Ohana Bungalow is one of nine tiny-cottages that make up The Boutique Retreat - a new tiny house hotel in historic downtown McMinnville. The Ohana is a spacious 300 square foot cottage with an upscale Island theme featuring warm acacia wood, rich leather furnishings and authentic art from Hawaii. The interior of the cottage has a stunning 11 foot arched ceiling accented with rich tongue & groove pine that compliments the clean white walls and warm vinyl plank luxury flooring. This tiny house has an upgraded bathroom with designer tile in the shower, glass shower doors and a wood vanity with stone countertops. The Ohana Bungalow is one of only 2 cottages with French doors leading to an outdoor porch that faces Alpine Avenue, which is a pedestrian-friendly street redeveloped by the City of McMinnville for periodic festivals and entertainment events. The private deck is directly across from a very large, new mural painted by a prominent Portland Artist, with vibrant, rich colors.
