This 4 BD, 2 BA house is suspended in the trees on 14ft concrete supports providing a spectacular view straight down the river. Complete privacy with only one neighbor. There are beautiful mature pecan, oak and mesquite trees. Abundant wildlife including deer, turkey osprey, owls, red tailed hawks.
Go for a hike without leaving the property. Go fishing or kayaking in the river. Play corn hole, while the family grill master cooks up a meal. Tell stories by the fire pit or just sit on one of the decks and enjoy the view. House has 5 TV’s with Netflix, Prime and Sling. Kids Room has Xbox, Giant Connect4 and Giant Jenna. Dining table has Chess, Bat-gammon, Cards, Dominoes and Uno. House has great Wi-Fi for all your devices.

We loved our stay! The rooms were clean, the lake view is beautiful, and there was a nice path to walk. The kitchen is well stocked and large. It was easy to find and close to restaurants. We would recommend it.

This house is located right on the Colorado River on a nice peaceful road! The house was very clean & well stocked. It is also pet friendly & our son & daughter-in-law’s German shepherd really enjoyed the playing in the river & laying on the covered porch. Terry is a great host who communicates quickly! This house is in a great location-close to Marble Falls where there is lots to do.

We had such an amazing time, the place is very private with a beautiful view all day. The man enjoyed the walking distance to the water and fished most of the day. Mrs. Terry was such a professional always responding right away. I will definitely keep using Vrbo for our future get aways!
