About this house rental
3 bedroom property in the beautiful village of Withiel with secluded private patio and enclosed garden
Private parking for 2 vehicles.
Benefit from a peaceful rural location in mid Cornwall that is only 10 minutes from the A30 and an ideal base to explore all that the county has to offer.
This is an ideal location for the North and South Coast beaches, the Eden Project, Lanhydrock, Padstow and Rock. Most places in Cornwall are within an hour by car.
The space
The bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: comfortable double bed with patio doors opening on to the patio.
Bedroom 2: 2 comfortable single beds
Bedroom 3: had a comfortable double bed in a converted attic with beautiful views of the surrounding county side. It is accessed by narrow stairs (see photo) which those staying in the room must be comfortable using. There is no stair gate at the top and it is not suitable for children.
Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen table seats 4 but extra chairs are available.
Sitting room
with 2 sofas (to seat 6) and a tv.
One modern bathroom with shower.
There is a private secluded patio and garden area with tables and chairs and bbq. It is an enclosed area.
The children’s playground is in the village, approximately 30m from the property.
Guest access
The back door of the kitchen and glass doors from one of the bedrooms both open onto a patio and garden area which is enclosed and private.
Entrance for sole use of guests.
Other things to note
Maximum of 2 dogs permitted- please contact me ahead of booking if you have additional pets.
Please contact me if you require an alternative check in day as sometimes I can accommodate this.
Excellent high speed fibre broadband.
