Welcome to our superb holiday rental nestled in northern Berry, a region ideally located near the majestic Loire Valley châteaux. Just 12 km from the renowned Beauval Zoo and a stone's throw from the magnificent Château de Valençay, our accommodation offers an unforgettable experience.
Imagine yourself relaxing in your own private jacuzzi for up to six people, where you can unwind and recharge after a day of adventures. A shared ping-pong table and pétanque court are available for those who want to continue the sporting side of their stay.
For sports enthusiasts, our rugby and football pitch, shared with two other gîtes, invites you to enjoy lively moments with family or friends.
With its picturesque setting and ideal location for exploring historical treasures, our air-conditioned holiday rental is the perfect starting point for creating lasting memories.
Bonus: heating and electricity are included in the price. On the ground floor: a large entrance hall with a sitting area (sofa bed for one person), a lovely living room with a sofa and a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a spa room, two separate toilets, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and an open-plan shower room/private toilet.
Upstairs: four bedrooms, each with its own shower room (four 160 x 200 cm beds and two single beds), and a private toilet.
Outside: two beautiful terraces, a griddle, sun loungers, a large shared garden, and parking within the property.

End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash): €200
Single bed sheets: €15 each
Double bed sheets: €20 each
Towels: €10 per person
