About this house rental
On the borders of Touraine and Sologne, in the center of the Loire Castles, you will appreciate the calm of the stag house.
This set of 2 houses nestled in a clearing in the middle of a 700 ha property will allow you to discover the silence of nature. Far from the stress of the modern world, you can receive your friends and families in spacious comfort.
A beautiful terrace protected by a store will allow you to have lunch and diner outside out of the sure
Possibility of long walks in the woods on foot, by bike or on corses
Tennis and the pond are very close
A large pool is heat from June to mid September, you will overlook the 30 ha of vieuw (fields and forets)
Caterer, cooker or cleaning lady can be recommande.

• a bedroom for parents with a large 180/200 bed and its bathroom (bath, WC, 2 sinks) (30 m2)
• a bedroom with king bed (180/200) and its bathroom (bath, wc, sink) (12m2)
• a bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190) and its bathroom (bath, sink) (15.60 m2)
• First floor :
• 1 parents' bedroom with a large 160/200 bed and its bathroom (bath, WC, sink) (24.70m2);
• 1 bedroom with two single canopy 90/190 beds and its bathroom (bath, wc, sink) (21 m2);
• On the first floor by another staircase
• 1 bedroom with two single beds and its bathroom (shower, sink);

Upstairs :
• 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, with their own bathrooms (shower, sink, wc) (23m2 each);

in the summer, pool towels are not provided (6€/p if you want to travel light)
La maison du cerf (deer house) is located at the "Domaine des Orfeuilles in Monthou-sur-Cher "
This large house is reserve for families, respectful couples, who will be an honor of not deteriorating the place. Young people under 30, parties and weddings are prohibited.
** Booking conditions**
- départure at 9H30 am on Saturday for weekly rentais
- devanture at the end of the day on Sunday for "week end rentais"
-On departure, consumptions costs (electricity, water and heating) must be paid.
- a deposit of 1500 € will be requested on arrival.
La maison du cerf is located in a haven of peace, in the middle of nocher.
It is a superb tourist region, between Touraine and Sologne, between the Loire and Cher rivers.
The majestic castles are so close : Cheverny, Blois, Chaumont sur Loire, Chenonceau.
The beauval zoo will delight young and old persons.

We've just returned from fabulous week here. There were 16 of us, it's a lovely secluded spot.Private pool was the making of the holiday, clean and plenty of high quality sun loungers.The house is clean, very spacious with a bit of quirkiness but its full of character.Stephanie was super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Kitchen facilities were great. WiFi was good. Brand new pool was lovely. A bit more shade would have been nice. Very quiet secluded area.

Beautiful area with great facilities and plenty of space. Stephanie our host was excellent with helpful suggestions. She and her husband David made us most welcome and sorted any issues we had promptly. Worth another visit

Our group of friends loved the property and the grounds. The pool and tennis court are great, and we loved our morning jogs through the surrounding forests. A great place if you like a remote break with friends
