The 1,382 main house has 3 bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, and access to a private patio and the pool area. Guest bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, and flat screen TV. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, ensuite bath, and flat screen TV.
A special feature of this house is the separate 634 square foot casita, built in 2020. The casita includes a bedroom room with king-sized bed and ensuite bath with laundry, kitchen, dinette, and private living area. The living area and bedroom open to the pool.
Entertaining is a breeze with this well-equipped kitchen or the outdoor built-in cooking area. The inviting living room is complete with a gas fireplace and vaulted ceiling. A wall of sliding doors provides easy access to the incredible backyard, mountain views and pool.
