The main living space has an open concept with large floor to ceiling glass doors that disappear into the main structure creating a gorgeous indoor/outdoor area with fresh air and mountain views. Our neighborhood, Racquet Club West, once the hottest Hollywood spot in Palm Springs with residents and regulars like Marilyn Monroe, Jane Wyman, Kirk Douglas and Elizabeth Taylor, is now seeing a major renaissance and has the only estate sized properties. Within approximately one mile of the estate are some of the newest and iconic spots in Palm Springs like Riviera Hotel and Spa, Arrive Hotel, Reservoir, Draughtsman, Sandfish Sushi and Whiskey and The Tova Hotel.
We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
City of Palm Springs does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

Host was responsive and welcoming. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and mini crumble pies. property was incredible and clean.We had a lovely family Thanksgiving. Any issues were dealt with promptly. It was also only 7 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. I loved that they had a second fridge for our food. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The house is exactly as pictures show. Incredibly spacious, comfortable and well designed. Everything works, so many games and loads of seating areas. Beds are super comfortable and each room was immaculate. Management company was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return.

The home and grounds are beautiful. However a lot of deferred maintenance. To list a few:
1. Cabinetry broken in Kitchen- could not be fixed during our stay. Actually kitchen cabinetry very cheap.
2. Entry gate had no dial Pad... thus entrance only with remote opener, which we had to request extra, as we had 3 cars.
3. Hot water takes 8 minutes in Master BR and other BR- needs hotwater recirculater.
4. Light in Spa was out of its housing- sent over pool guy to fix.
5. Outdoor lights initally did not work... called PM and turned on... but on all the time.-- sent someone to fix.
6. Sectional Couch in living room would not stay together... we had to keep refastening the metal brackets that were broken.
7. Draperies in bedrooms inadequate (no black out) and many off the hooks. Became a problem at night when outdoor lights on all the time.
8. missing pucks in game room.
10. Picture on website showed an outdoor TV, which we were looking forward to... we do not make noise... the picture should not be on website if we can't use outdoor tv.
9. Bar did not have a martini shaker.... pretty basic
The property management company were responsive when i called... but some of the issues required more assistance, and we did not want to spend our time with handyman around. Only called about essential things. Given the price per day, this home was not up to snuff... although it was a beautiful environment and beautiful grounds..... including a fully enclosed property, which was wonderful for our dog.
