The holiday home "Cozy A-Frame House Bodensee" is located in Immenstaad am Bodensee and is an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday. This accommodation extends over two floors and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It accommodates up to six people. A TV with SAT and DVD is available. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.
The private outdoor area includes a garden, a furnished terrace, a barbecue, and seven playgrounds in the vicinity. The property is about an eight-minute walk from the lake, and public transport is within walking distance. A supermarket, a bakery, and a beverage market are only 150 meters away. Further shopping and leisure opportunities are available in town.
Parking is available on the property. Families with children are warmly welcome. One pet is allowed for an additional fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
You are kindly asked to clean the barbecue after use, empty the trash bin before departure, not to park bicycles against the outer wall, and to report any damages to the host.
Towels and bed linen can be provided on request and for an additional fee.
