The villa features a main home (included in this listing) and one additional newly redone 2 bedroom mini apartment on the ground floor with it's own separate entrance that can be booked separately. The main house is entirely private, with outdoor courtyards that are shared with the independent separate guest unit.

Our newly added outdoor furniture transforms the spacious balcony into an inviting al fresco dining area where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the gardens. The comfortable dining table seats 8, complemented by two stylish lounge chairs with coffee table—perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitivo.
The villa's artistic atmosphere provides both a cultural connection to Rome's rich heritage and a serene environment for relaxation. The villa opens onto a lovely garden courtyard, which you'll share with two small, separate units. Beautiful retreat for our family! Super peaceful neighborhood. Great location just a short trip to both the cool spots in Rome center and the beaches of Ostia. Also very close to the airport! LOVE the huge balcony with the outdoor tables to relax after a long day of sightseeing. There's a lot of local cafes, restaurants and walking distance to everything we needed (Conad supermarket is so nice!). The villa itself is so big, clean, and well-maintained. Ideal for families and groups wanting to experience Rome without staying in the busy tourist zones! Would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you Fulvio for having us. Ciao
