The farmhouse "Oliveto dei Monti" is a single building of 130 sqm, over two floors, located on the hills of Cerveteri, rent in full. The house is located 5 km from the village.
The decor, simple and rustic, wants to preserve the nature of the place: the floors are tiled, doors, windows and furniture are made of wood, the beds and the lights are in wrought iron, the ceilings have exposed wooden beams. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a fireplace and living room sito another firme plance, table where you can eat in 8, double sofa bed and double bedroom with views over the olive grove and a bathroom with a vaulted roof bricks, and finally a large living room consists of a living room and room, with fireplace, dining table for 12 people and ceiling beams and wooden truss.
Upstairs two bedrooms: one double and one twin bedroom, plus one extra bed for a child, each with its own bathroom and a beautiful view over the olive grove and the sea and with of 80 hectares of private land around the house, where 7 hectares of olive groves, the rest is mostly forest with plants typical of the Mediterranean, such as oak, holm oak, mastic. The forest is part of the zps, Special Protection Area, a reserve where he happens to see wild animals such as wild boars, badgers, foxes, hedgehogs, lizards, pheasants, hawks, eagles, magpies, robins, hoopoe and many other species of birds. The last 1,3 km to reach the farmhouse are unpaved.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la villa d'Alice qui nous a réservés un très bon accueil !
La maison est située en haut d'une colline, au calme, un peu retirée du village et au bout d'un long chemin de terre assez caillouteux. La vue est superbe et vous dominez toute la campagne de Cerveteri et Ladispoli jusqu'à la mer !
La maison est très grande et bien aménagée ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour ! Les enfants ont profité du grand jardin et les grands de la belle terrasse !
Cerveteri est une jolie ville avec un centre historique magnifique . On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. A 15-20 minutes de voiture, vous trouverez la gare de Ladispoli où vous trouverez un parking gratuit et où les trains vous emmènent dans le centre de Rome en 25 minutes ( Gare San Pietro) ce qui est très pratique ! D'autres destinations plus ou moins éloignées sont à voir : Bracciano et son lac, Anguillara, (à 20 minutes), Ostie ( à 30 minutes ), Tivoli ( 1h) et pour les plus courageux ou fous comme nous ... Naples Pompei ( comptez 3h de route) !
Dans tous les cas, la maison d'Alice est un très bel endroit pour visiter Rome et sa région et nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir !

Mooi oud landhuis op een olijvenboomgaard. Heerlijk rustig met een fantastisch uitzicht!
Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Handoeken en beddengoed aanwezig.
Minpunten: geen douchegordijnen aanwezig en een te klein koffieapparaat.

Wir hatten das Haus für 2 Wochen mit 10 Personen und einem Hund gemietet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und sehr genau in die Details des Hauses eingewiesen. Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es mangelte uns an nichts. Die Vermieterin hatte sich im Vorfeld erkundigt wie wir schlafen möchten, sprich wieviel Kinder im Kinderzimmer schlafen, und hatte alles bestens vorbereitet.
Die Anreise ist zwar etwas "abenteuerlich", da die etwa letzten beiden Kilometer unbefestigte Feldwege sind, man wird aber mit einem kolossalem Ausblick über Cerveteri und tollem Blick auf das Mittelmehr belohnt.
Zudem hat uns die Vermieterin mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Zusätzlich liegt im Haus ein Ordner mit Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Stränden zum nachschlagen bereit.
Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so das es auch für unseren Beagle Rüden ausreichend Auslauf gab.
Alles im allen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder. Vielen Dank für alles und einen schönen Urlaub!

The house was very nice and cosy, a wondful view, though the house was difficult to reach, the road to the house was poor and in bad condition.
