Overall, the house had plenty of room and was stocked with quality pans and items as advertised. The pond behind the house was nice as the kids enjoyed fishing off the deck. The only real improvement was the amount of ticks in the area so I'd suggest some mitigation efforts to spray the nearby grass. Again, no issues with the house and stay itself.

The house was big enough for our extended family, the kitchen was nice and big with a great view- nice little pockets of seating areas inside and out so that everyone could be comfortable.
