All three bedrooms are upstairs - Bedroom #1 has two Queen size beds, Bedroom #2 has two Full size beds, Bedroom #3 has one full size bed. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. One full bathroom upstairs and the other full bathroom is on the main level, near living room. Such a great place for a bigger group to stay. Very close to downtown and the stadium and yet you have your own space without the wild noise of downtown. Also huge bonus we generally have to pay to park anywhere you stay downtown so to have free parking for multiple cars was a biggie. Would def stay here again.

Host was VERY helpful and communicated well. Answered emails quickly. It was a very comfortable house that was great for a girls weekend and IU Basketball

Our family had a great time this weekend. We enjoyed an IU basketball game on Saturday. The space was comfortable and well furnished. We will plan on staying there again!
