Der Kontakt war super. Wenn auch nur schriftlich, aber immer schnell und perfekt geantwortet. Es war wirklich sehr sauber.
Etwas laut wegen der Durchsagen vom Bahnhof, aber das bleibt leider in der Nähe eines großen Bahnhofs nicht aus.

Excellent location for me because I was travelling for work and commuted daily from Halle Hbf. For tourists the location is away from city center, so it may be not so good. Quiet neighbours, the only noise were the announcments from the railway station, but after a few days I got used to it and did not even notice it any more. Warm apartment and there is a washing machine. The landlord replied quickly to requests.
Bed was confortable, but the bedroom is cramped and someone had hanged a decoration plastic plant on the sloped wall so that it blocked the way to the far side of the bed.
Kitchen equipment was poor, and even this is an understatement. No proper kitchen knife, no peeling knife and initially there was no washing sponge. Cutting board starts to be at the end of its lifespan, and the situation is the same with the kitchen towel. Dining table is small and has a very thick stand so difficult to keep feet under the table. The largest pot's lining is badly damaged and the small frying pan is a joke. Pot handles become burning hot during cooking and there were no pot holders.
There were no instructions what to do with the trash, and I did not locate the trash collection point of the building. I just had to collect two week's waste in the apartment. This was a challenge with biomass waste, because in two weeks time smell could start to develop.
No elevator, location on top floor and steep stairs. This could be a problem for some people.

Die Aussicht war genial und die Wohnung hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.
Auch die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist ideal. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Ich fand es nicht gut, dass in den Schränken noch einige Produkte standen, die offenbar von vorherigen Gästen stammen.
