terrase is the a big plus (but the seating there was quite dirty)
Living room and kitchen were overheated during a sunny summer day (no air conditioning).
Windows in these rooms face the street with tram, that makes it not possible to keep them open for longer time due to the noise.
There are no blinds, not even curtains, in the sleeping room. You do not really need an alarm clock and you can show your body to the neighbours by turning on the light at night, if you feel so.
The apartment is suitable for an active person with a short sleep and used to the city noises.
